The Employee Shop Portal is a centralized digital platform designed for employees to browse, select, and purchase items directly within the organization.
It serves as an internal marketplace offering a curated range of company-approved products, branded merchandise, and exclusive employee deals, all accessible through a seamless and user-friendly interface.

Products ordered through this portal will not be accompanied by any invoice and will not carry any warranty or claim entitlement.

FAQ's

You must follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Click on the ORDER NOW button on the homepage or visit the following URL:
https://shop.innovatiview.com/my-account

Step 2: Login to Your Account

  • If you remember your password, enter your Employee Code or Email ID along with your password and log in.

  • If you do not remember your password, follow the steps below:
    a. Click on Generate Password, enter your Employee Code or Email ID, and click on the Reset Password button.
    b. Check your inbox and click on the link “Generate your password” received in the email. Set a new password for your account.

Once logged in, navigate to the Shop page from the top menu.

Step 3:
Add your preferred item to the cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button, then click on the Checkout button.

Step 4:
On the Checkout page, fill in the required details to verify your information and click on the Place Order button.

Step 5:
Check your email for the order confirmation sent from the Shop Portal and follow the next steps/ status (Order Processing Order Confirmed Order Dispatched Order Arrived Pay & Collect)  mentioned in the email.

Step 6:
Contact the admin team to make the payment once your order arrives at the Noida HQ office and collect your ordered item.

To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the Orders section on the portal.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click on Cancel Request.
  • Select the appropriate cancellation reason and mention the reason in the remarks field.
  • Click on the Send Cancellation Request button.
  • Once the cancellation request is submitted, it will be reviewed by the admin team. You will be notified of the status through the portal/email.

You can check the status of your cancellation request in the Orders section of the portal.

Note: Cancellation requests are not allowed after 24 hours of the order placement.

Items ordered through the portal usually take 3–5 working days to arrive at the Innovatiview (Noida HQ) office. You will be notified via email through the portal, and you can also check the status of your ordered item in the Orders section.

Once your order arrives, you may contact the Admin Team for payment and collect your order.
